I rang up EB Games customer service who referred me to ring up the individual stores about this question.
Does anyone know if EB Games Store sell Google Play Gift Cards, and if so whether you can use EB Games gift cards to purchase them?
UPDATE: By doing the above paragaph it would save OzBargain (or those interested in purchasing Google Gift Cards which there is at least 44 (subscribers)) members time as then we could know which stores sell Google Play Gift Cards.

EB Games aren't rare locations. They're everywhere.
@tallkid123: The point is to get discounted Google Play gift cards and this would nullify the 8% discount I can get from Redeem Your Gift Cards.
Whilst I should have rang my local store, if we each rang our local store it would save us all heaps of time.

I had a look in one EB Games store on Thursday, and that store only sold EB Games gift cards and Nintendo eShop gift cards. I think I remember seeing Google Play gift cards being sold there this time last year, but it could be my memory messing with me. (I’ve visited a lot of stores selling gift cards since then.)
I’m not sure what your local EB Games stores would have in stock, so you should either call them or visit them. I mean, my sample size is only one, so it may or may not be representative of the EB Games stores near you.
They stopped selling them last year sometime. I asked and they said yeah, just focusing on gaming cards going forward.
Did your bank or Microsoft accidentally transfer thousands of dollars into your account and the only way they can keep their job is if you buy Google play cards and send them the numbers?
You could just ring up a local store and ask directly. I just did for you in Sydney CBD and they said they don't sell Google Play cards.
