  Literally a deal a week with these folks.. except every time the only thing I would want to buy (Pokemon cards), everything is out of stock..

    Yeah almost considered spam, since no specific deal listed with confirmation of whether cheapest possible price for particular item.

    The deal with 2 for 1 they cancelled a lot of the orders and the min spend for free delivery is too high (unless collector of expensive items) and from previous comments items not shipped until all in stock (unlike Popcultcha for example who ship items as they become available).

      Hey there, thanks for the feedback. We're very receptive to it and want to provide the best possible experience. We frequently run sales because it's a great way to get our name out there. With a storewide or categorywide sale, we couldn't possibly list individual items and how they compare. If people see a great deal on our website we welcome them to share it! The error that occurred with some video games during our most recent Buy 1 Get 1 Free sale was definitely a faux pas on our part and refunds were provided within hours of the orders being placed. It won't happen again.

  I have to say they are pretty good but there are a few areas they could improve on.

  These guys are great if you know what you are after and their sale prices are hard to beat!

  The problem is their range is limited and their stock allocations seem low, which is compounded by their limited range meaning many items are “sold out” and their postal insurance is higher than it should be.

  The canceled orders were all to do with games that got oversold (not great but also not reflective of the rest of their offerings).

  And the order thing is a bit annoying but if your buying any HT pre-orders they will be over $200 so splitting the order solves this problem, it’s just annoying if your after cheap items but even then $10 shipping is fairly good price.

  Hey there, thanks for your feedback. I think you make some good points. In response, we're going to remove the cost of postal insurance for customers and insure all orders at our own cost. This change will be implemented later today. You're right, our stock allocation is comparatively low. We launched in August 2020 and as we grow we're able to increase our stock levels. We look forward to being able to compare to some of the big players out there. Thanks for your support!

    Hey Rep,

    Hope you guys gain more traction, I purchased 2 more hot toys off you from this deal and procrastinating over another one before the sale ends tonight.

    Thanks for taking on board my feedback, it's just a shame I made my comment from actual experience and already spent $60 in postal insurance on pending orders.

    I hope you can get up there with the big players, I think range (at least in 1/6 and dragon ball departments) is hurting you a bit, if you become a destination people are checking regularly for an item and you have it at a good price, I think they will get used to going to you for their collectables.
