I have booked a flight on Qantas to Europe. This is operated by Emirate.
As always, my Qantas account is pre-filled and my first name includes my second and third first names.
My qantas confirmation correctly shows as “Damien E M”
However, when logging in to Emirates, it shows as “Damienem” obviously not matching my passport.
Is this going to be an issue when checking in to Emirates?

You will definitely need to have it matching your passport. All it takes is one official who wants you to have a bad day and you are screwed.
Is E M two middle names?. Many airline systems dont have space for middle names, and cannot include things like hyphens, so you may be ok. Better check though.
Happened to me and when I queried about it, they laughed at me saying it is obviously a match…
It'll be fine if the only things that don't match the passport are the missing spaces

This is normal with middle names on Emirates flights. I have the same issue but no one says anything or cares.

I had a similar thing happen to me, and I was freaked out about it, but I didn’t have any issues when I boarded. However, it might be worth contacting Emirates to confirm they won’t have an issue.
This is very normal with emirates. If you book with a travel agency and your name is "First Middle Last" on emirates site it will show FirstMiddle Last
Yep quick update, called them up and they confirmed that their system doesn’t allow spacing. All good 🛫
Maybe call Emirates and check with them.
