  • Darn… just bought from Jabra online this morning since titanium is oos on Amazon…..

  • Oh what! Are you kidding me ?! I bought it from Jb-hifi for $198. Good deal~~

    • Did you buy the pro or active? Should be the same price.

      • Bought the pro. Didn't take advantage of the cash back though. :(

  • Saw my wife's airpods in the washing machine and spotted this deal last night too… thought this will do if the pods are dead. But they are still alive.

Just ordered one for my Son, I have two 65t's and they have been great.

      Your son is very lucky.

  • I took the plunge this morning especially with SB 15% back. Am a bit worried about call quality though with kids in the background or going for a walk and on the work call. Mixed reviews on call quality. Anyone can testify?

I get complaints when I use the elite 7 pro for calls outdoors. Bad enough that I have to switch and use the handset for phone calls.

Same people never used to complain when I was using the elite 75t.

      • Such a. Shame with these pro version. Look beautiful yet call quality seems inferior or terrible outsideā€¦

Picked up the Elite 7 Actives from JB HiFi for $179 today. Upgrading from cheapie $60 airpod clones.
I updated the firmware to V2.2 after about an hour and it makes quite a significant difference to the ANC and Sound Quality.

    Here are my impressions.

Build Quality: 9/10 nice material, both buds and case. Soft touch and easy to wipe of earwax. Case might get a bit gunky if thrown in a bag or pocket. Case also doesn't have a indentation to open, so you need two hands. Good magnets on it.

Sound: 9/10, but I'm not an audiophile. Use the Jabra Sound+ app to set up, do the audio test, makes a big difference for personal sound profile.

ANC: 6/10 -> 7/10 UPDATE THE FIRMWARE TO IMPROVE. I've tried a mates 85ts and these arent that good, mostly because the passive isolation is better, so the ANC on/off difference is much smaller. But it is passable, removes background and aircon rumble, high pitched aircon whine remains but the good seal does the heavy lifting. If ANC is priority (and you're not picking up the Sony's or Bose) pick up the 85ts rather.

Comfort: 8/10 Not to heavy, firm fit. No pressure release so if you hate that divers ear feeling take that into consideration (doesn't bother me). Didn't need to change tips. Better fit than 85t.

Battery: Can't say yet, look up reviews/tests they are about 8/30 hrs on buds/case on reviews.

Connectivity: 8/10 UPDATE FIRMWARE FOR MULTIPOINT. Connected to my (Windows) laptop fine. You need to manually pause on one and then play on another device. It will just autopause whatever you were trying to play if you don'tpause the other first.. Lot longer response time on my laptop, videos/audio are maybe 0.2s out of sync, but good enough for my purposes.

Verdict: So far, intial impression is good. I think they were discounted to make up for all the bad impressions pre software update. If you want better ANC try pick up the 85ts, Sony's or Bose.

    • Any comments or ratings on the call quality it's the defining and most marketed feature of the device

      • I have the Actives, the Elite 7 Pros are marketed for calls as they have some bone conduction technology for higher clarity calls.

For calls I'd say 7/10. High clarity in an office environment, equal to or better than a phone mic (haven't tested in a noisy one yet) and you can use either bud on its own, which is excellent, because I like to be able to gauge my noise level. I did have some small cutouts but they were during the switchover to a single bud.

  • I paid $219 in amazon and it's too late to return them. If you don't need waterproof Samsung buds+ are much better
