It fits all of your requirements. I love mine, very happy with it - primarily use it for work/second screen on PC with a Dell S2721DGF as my main gaming screen.

check the colour gamut on all 3 monitors, they get worse as the dollars go up!
I'll sell you my dual Dell 49"s for 1k each. PM me :) But after thinking about it, i'd grab a Prism monitor… their prices seem alright.
Now looking into this a bit more and researching. IPS>VA. But it adds so much more to the cost

In terms of USB-C PD, look up a USB-C to HDMI / DP cable, that'll have you covered.
