  As with any US store, the prices are very competitive but once shipping is taken into consideration the deals are all dead :(
  Remember to think about what type of product you are purchasing. Apparently things like whey, some protein powders etc. all get confiscated or cause a lot of trouble at the very least when they enter Aus. Just my 2c.

    The postage charges at iHerb are very low for both standard and DHL.

    When ordering there are many items that are not able to be shipped, check with the customs website. Ive been using iHerb for many years and never had a shipment confiscated by customs, just need to be careful.

    We've ordered tons of stuff over the years and found the iHerb delivery rates (per DHL etc) incredibly good.

    We've never ever had anything held up, or confiscated.

    If you inadvertently try to order something currently restricted by Australian Customs the item is not processed in the first place. A message says that the item is restricted in Australia etc.

    We order stuff which is simply not available in Oz or too expensive.

    The iHerb site is extremely comprehensive and an impressive example of how-to-do-it.

    Most item descriptions include their batch & expiry dates references plus some very useful peer reviews.

    Overall they have excellent service, prices and delivery.

    Thoroughly recommended.

    Agree with others never had a shipment held up either. I think you are mixing up issues that those wanting performance enhancing supplements, and sweetheart, I have enough love without needing that ;)

    As for shipping costs $6 base for 4lbs and $4 if you order over $40 worth. Which is pretty good. Delivery times at present around 10 days

    My apologies, I was looking at a 6 lbs product which is actually the same price as the 3 lbs product here! Totally got confused and now decided to pick up a few things!

  $4 for just airmail no tracking, i think up to $80 and about 1.8kg

  personally i buy stuff which u cant get here in OZ or much more expensive.
  iherb has one of the better shipping rates and wide range of stuff.

  i also use swanson but they dont have reduced rates.
