Coles BestBuys Online not responding to my return & refund request for a faulty product. Any suggestions what to do?

I ordered Keter cabinets for the garage storage and it came broken inside the box. I called them and requested for a return/refund and its been more than 4 weeks that nothing has happened except that I only occasionally (after I keep emailing them) get an email telling me that they have forwarded my request to the supplier who shall be in contact soon.

Cabinets are expensive and I don't want to loose my money that easy, please suggest what else can I do since their call center and emails are not helping me in anyway.

        kick up a stink on social media, twitter, facebook, etc until you get someone who will help. make bad reviews on any website you can find detailing your experience

  • I had a warranty issue with an electrical product purchased from Coles that died within a few weeks.

    I emailed them at '[email protected]' and received a reply within 24 hours and the issue was solved within a few days with them keeping me up to date the whole time.
