If you need more data buy a dual sim phone so you can take advantage of cheap 28/30 day sim deals on here.
When it say’s new customers only is this amysim? I was a customer with them possibly 4 or 5 years ago or longer can’t remember. Does this mean I don’t qualify?
I think a port out and port back in counts as a new customer.
Prepaid SIM Starter Packs cannot be used to recharge an existing number, it can only be used to start a new service.
If you want to prolong your existing number you'll need to do port out (to a different telco) and then bring that number back in (port in) when you activate your new sim.
Beware the planned maintenance (3G decom and 5G implementation), this is presently causing poor service for days-weeks in some places as crews move from tower to tower, seems to be a thing with Optus and Vodafone in particular.

Telstra network on boost, Optus on amaysim. with the boost $300 you get 280gb but on amaysim its 120gb… if you need more data go for the boost one.
