  • I used to live in Rowville 15 years ago. At that time; the area east of Stud Road (near the school) was considered better than west of Stud Rd (which drops downhill)

    • Thanks, you mean the area behind stud park shopping centre is not considered better?

Isn't that… east of Stud Road (near the school)??

        MS Paint diagram for reference:

east of Stud Road (near the school)??

Is the Hungry Jacks now considered a school ?

        • Thank you for the MS Paint diagram.

Anything right of Stud Rd was considered good. Anything left of Stud Rd was considered bad.

Lots could have changed in 15 years. I know a lot of the large plot sizes have disappeared to multi unit developments; especially along Taylors Lane.

          • @MrHyde:

Anything right of Stud Rd was considered good. Anything left of Stud Rd was considered bad.

Is that looking north or south?

            • @Muzeeb: As per the diagram posted - looking North.
