There's currently some deals at JB where you receive a bonus gift card after purchase like the one below.

Yes you can, but then the bonus will be deducted from the refund, assuming that you can get a refund.

  No. You get a gift card as a bonus for buying the phone. They're asking if you can buy the phone, use the gift card, then return the phone. The answer likely being no, or at least not without either returning the value of the gift card, or the item you bought with the gift card.
