Ikea Markus, I have had two of them for 8 years with extensive use and both have held up great. I sit in a lot of office chairs and the Markus is definitely up there in terms of comfort.
Have contemplated getting an Aeron multiple times, but hard for me to imagine the chair being that much better to really make it worth it.
I always recommend the JÄRVFJÄLLET but yea Markus is good too

MSI gaming chair I did get it free with my 34" ultrawide at the time but still going strong
I would recommend Ikea Jarvfallet or Markus with fabric seat.
I got a fabric (wouldn't touch PU) Secret Lab Omega chair at the start of the pandemic for $450, I really rate it and have used it nearly every day for work at home and general computer use/ gaming too. I probably couldn't justify the current pricing of $700 though, and I'm not sure regarding the competion at that price range.
i really liked the Steelcase Leap v3, sat on my friend's for a while and they were really comfy.
I'm currently using the Desky Luminous Mesh Chair which is not very comfy but it corrected my posture so the after effects from sitting too long isn't as bad.

Middle of the road, good quality, does the job well. Add a seat cushion for extra padding if desired.
