    Someone need to remind adidas, It's called a sale when stock is available for all the sizes, otherwise it's only a clearance.

    Just a caution, and I know everyone’s experiences are different, but I seem to have had a run of sh!tty experiences with Adidas that makes me not bother anymore with purchasing from them direct.

    In my last 4 orders, problem each time:

    • sent me someone else’s order - 2 pairs ladies special edition trainers that were worth about 3 times what my order was. I let them know and they made it my issue to return them via post office (had to use my lunch hour to run the errand) before even thinking about sending me my correct items or refunding. Yes I should have kept them and ebayed. Refund took another 2 weeks.

    • missing items in orders (then claiming they definitely were sent) - still not resolved

    • cancelling an order a week after it was placed as no stock available

    • taking around 2-3 weeks for delivery every time.

    It appears they are a mess as a retailer, and have shocking customer service too.

      only had to return once but wow, it's true what others say about how slow they are to refund. 3 weeks after tracking showed they'd received the return, i had to jump on chat and confirm. they said it'd be another week or so before the refund gets processed. did eventually get it refunded…it's amazing how quick they are to take your money and take their sweet time returning it.

        Don’t get me started on the refund process! It took about 2 months to get 1 refund and about 10 phone calls. They claimed they did refund me the money but never checked it was actually done. The order was processed as “cancelled and refunded” but it was only cancelled. I did finally get the refund but wasted so much time and the shoes were still listed as available 4 weeks after the issue.

        I do love Adidas shoes and have/own heaps of them. But if you get a issue good luck!

    Same typical sale..pay and wait 1.5 weeks only to be told out of stock and a refund a week later no back orders no pickup of stock from a store that has it…
