Does anyone have experience with PRISM+ monitors? Reviews seem abit mixed via Google. I'm keen on a 30 inch ish monitor with high refresh rate either WQHD or UWQHD and their prices aren't too bad.

Guessing by the link you found them on Facebook which is always a red flag.
Why "New Launch" products with "Running low stock" need such discounts is another flag.
They seem to be rebadged products. The 49" certainly rebadged Samsung panels. Reviews as you say are quite mixed with far too many obviously paid/promo influencers which is another flag.

As always with this stuff, you'll get decent paper specs but actual quality and implementation may generally be poor.
