I've made an order on the 12th May and advised it was shipped on the same day with tracking details. However, on the 23rd May I received an email with - "We're sincerely sorry to hear that there was a problem with your recent order. We've processed a refund to the form of payment used at checkout. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account." Checked my Paypal account and they've only partial refunded for the merchandise only but not the shipping and handling fees. So I have sent them an email to find out what was the problem with my order but there was no replied? I waited for a week then decided to write a review on Trustpilot, suprise suprise they contacted me the next day and refunded the shipping/handling fees plus a 20% code for next order??? LOL, I'm not sure if I have trust to order here anymore? Does anyone else having the same issue?
