JB and Exchanging Opened Items?

Got an Apple Watch 41mm series 7 delivered on 10/05 and had it set up. Any chance JB would exchange it for the bigger version?

    This is why you buy from Officeworks for products that you're unsure about as they have a 30 day change of mind policy.
    JB are not obligated to provide you with an exchange but it is possible depending on the store it seems.

    Jb usually lets you exchange for a bigger model, but depends on store/person and also, they are not obligated to do it but may do it under goodwill.

    some stores are nicer than others, if you call ahead and try to escalate to the manager, they might be happy to swap over. Also its only been a few days so should be okay
