Looking for an HDMI Repeater/Extractor Device with Special Features. AV Experts, Help Please

I have an HDMI signal coming out of Nvidia SHIELD which then plugs into TV.

I need a device, which will act as an HDMI repeater (HDMI in - HDMI out) at the same time, extracting audio to a ditigal AES/EBU output to plug it further. Does a device like that exist?

OR, is there a device similar to NVIDIA Shield which has an AES/EBU audio ouput working simultaneously with HDMI? Probably will have some lag problems? Or at least an optical/coaxial digital audio out working simulteneously with HDMI?

Just found out that my Nvidia Shield can actually support audio output via USB. So now just need to find a digital audio interface with AES output. Is there anything apart from MATRIX Audio X-SPDIF 2?

Beware they broke easily when there is thunder strike not fa from your house and the voltage spike a bit. For the price order 2 or 3 in advance…

It has a number of digital exits after USB in… Then I will plug in a coax to AES converter cable to eventually plug the sound source to the speakers.
