After posting a popular Ubereats deal it seems like Uber eats has blocked my device.
I’m not able to place an order I keep on getting some error message.
I need to use the device and I don’t have the numbers anymore to get the verification code.
Any work arounds?

They do block device ID.
Try ordering on computer if your account is still active.
Does restoring to factory settings give you a new device ID?
Uber is very good at black listing. You prbs have the best (but very out lying) chance of begging for reinstatement on chat.
They will track a lot of factors- wifi, credit card, email, phone serial etc

How many did you guess? They may have banned you for abuse if detected large number of brute force tries.
