They sent me travel credit $850 expiring next month, I can’t use it at all. Call to customer service nobody pick up, Email no response. What should i do?

Unfortunately I can't speak to Malaysia Airlines, but my experience with Aunt Betty and Virgin has been less than stellar too.
They never communicated with me for 2 years, then suddenly this week emailed me (for both vouchers) saying I hadn't responded to their earlier offer, which never came through, asking if I wanted to move my credit directly to Virgin…
I obviously took that option quickly, since they are hopeless.
What should i do?
Buy any fully refundable ticket and try refunding it.

I got refunds for tickets worth more than 5K from them. Booked on Singapore Airlines for Dec 2020. Took a bit of time but they processed the refund without too much trouble

I still have a credit with Aunt Betty. The credit note doesn’t have an expiry date. I just checked it, and it was issued just aver 2 years ago. Are you saying the credits expire after 2 years?
Yes got a full refund in 2020 but took a few months
Got a full refund but took quite a while. Depends on the airline, ticket conditions etc. Mine were with Etihad, and they cancelled my flights not me. Refundable under their t&c, which they didn't want to do 'because Covid'.
Couldn't get a refund and ended up with a credit shell in March 2020.
Then on Tuesday (17th) they sent me an email with terrible grammar and lack of sense asking me if I wanted it to be transferred to a travel bank.
Had to endure 45 minutes of an instrumental version of "Happy" by Pharrell Williams until I got to speak to a human.Never again.
