Permanent sale items cannot be returned.

    Not according to: https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees…

'No refund' signs and expired warranties
Signs stating ‘No refunds’ or ‘No refunds or exchanges on sale items’ are unlawful, as they imply that it’s not possible to get a refund under any circumstances, including for faulty items. In fact your consumer guarantee rights still apply.

Edit: Rep has now sneakily added unless proven faulty to that earlier sentence.

  • Whilst the lower model iPhone cases have significant discounts off the RRP, for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 there are only one or two colour options (typically the bright blue or bright pink) that actually have a reasonable discount from the exorbitant RRP. Everything else is still $70+.

Maybe the OP should list the items that are actually a bargain?

Hi OP. Please refer to ACCC website about warranty. Won't be supporting any business with dodgy / unlawful / misleading information.

    (Was $79)

Hi Rep, Ozbargain is a website for sharing bargains, it was never meant to be used to try and make money off the community by jacking up prices and posting fake deals.

Last post this store got caught with smelly socks. I don't like it when this happens, it means they are trying to fool members into thinking their posts are bargains which is basically the opposite of why this website was created.
