Will Minor Car Insurance Claim Impact Accident Registry and Eventually Resell Price?

Hi Folks.

Would you know if claims on car insurance (caused by 3rd party) impacts car resell value (possibly due to entries in Accident database), even when accident involved just minor scratches?

  Won't be on any database that a buyer could see

  Just depends on the repair job as to whether they could see it had been repaired

  Neither poll option is accurate if the repairs are shit

  If your car is a Ferrari and the "minor scratches" are $20K, then yes.

  Otherwise no.

  Things only show up on ppsr if the car is classed a some sort of write off, normal repairs do not.
