Sending Suitcase/Luggage Domestically

Hey there,

Looking to ship a suitcase (luggage) from QLD to WA domestically. Doing a search I found sendle.com as a recommendation for around $40 but unfortunately they no longer have the luggage option, I did try the custom box size but it adds up just over 100L by size. No replies on emails either. A second option was pack-n-send but have quoted $300 to send. Does anyone else have recommendations or suggestions for sending things domestically without a flight? I don't mind it taking a while to get across.

      85cm x 50cm x 32cm maximum size including wheels. 25kg. Going from Cairns, 4870 to Perth, 6000

        Thanks. When you said 25kg - it means you have things inside the suitcase right?

        I tried Auspost MyPost Business with the maximum allowable kg 22kg with the size you have is $174.45 (I personally see $143.92 as I'm on band 5 discount).

        Again - they allow the size but the weight is less than 22kg.

        Fastway with SHip2Anywhere site is $140.83 with the size and weight you have. But I dont' understand the service 'Fastway Colored Label (A) - GREY Parcel' - most likely I just ignore it and book it.

        Transdirect with the size and weight you have will show:
        Allied $165.64 is the cheapest with other expenisve options Norhtline, TNT

          Thank you, this was about the quote price I was seeing on a few sites, yes it will be packed.

          I did just email Northline mentioning I don't mind snail delivery, just wanted something cheap :) May try with Allied too.
          At the moment, it will just be cheaper paying for the luggage on our airfares before going home, just didn't want to have to lug around an extra suitcase if we didn't need anything in it.

        In addition to what Foxmulder has said I went and found a quote from Toll and it was $86.90 based on the dimensions above

        $85.53 arrive june 3

        $559.52 if you want it tomorrow.

        (I cant let you use my corp account, but gives you a price reference)

    Hit up east west transport companies, I’m sure they would throw a bag on a truck for $50-100 if you are doing your own drop off/pickup.

    Hell, a truckie might throw it in their bunk and bring it over for $100 haha
