      Interesting. These blades ($15.50 for 4 at the Apple Skin Store) are the knees of the bee's in comparison to the M3 blades. Nice post Jason.

      the only problem is you won't get rid of any rust that is forming, and the lubricating strip will not work — however some shave gels work almost as well sa the stuff on these cartridges.

    Isn't dealfox know for fakes (it was them with the fake Beats)? I wouldn't trust this to be Australian Stock.

      We had one issue with Dr Dre Beats which we did our best to rectify for all parties. I think our long term track record speaks for itself.

      We've pushed this Blade offer 3 times with lots of Ozbargain buyers and not a single complaint.

          Calling people names probably isn't the best way to regain people's trust. There's nothing childish or immature about being a little cautious when dealing with your company, considering the incident in question was only a month and a half ago.

          I realise it was a one-off incident, and that it was a genuine mistake, and you seem to have handled the situation well. At the same time though, it's a little unfair to be upset at people for remembering that you sold them fakes not that long ago. You can't expect your reputation to be restored overnight after something like that.

          gilbarc, valid points however I think you may not has noticed that he placed a negative vote with just that comment and motivated only by spite. The childish and immature was directed towards the negative vote (which has since been removed as it violated the voting guidelines).

      Hi twodollah,

      These are just blade refills and do not include the Mach 3 handle. You need to get that seperately (generally pretty cheap).

      We've had an issue with a fake 'thing' (non plural there) which we've done our best to be transparent and honest about. These are Australian stock from Australian distributors so there is no question from our side about them. any questions let me know.

    I bought 4 packs from the previous deal few months ago. They seem to be fakes because the "gel" piece seems to turn crappy after a few uses.

    I know when it's a legit razor because I go through a lot of razors shaving my head every 2 days.

    How many shaves do most people get out of these blades?

    I'm a fairly hairy person and currently manage close to 3 months per blade but thats really stretching it. When I put in a new blade I get a n9ice clean shave for about a week but lots of cuts. Gradually it becomesa rougher shave and more like it ripping the hair off my face. By this stage I need to press fairly hard so when I go to a new sharp blade and push hard I cut myself like crazy and my routine begins again.

    I'm hoping with 16 for this price I won't be so cheap.

      About 30-40 shaves per blade for me, i shave everyday though because my neckbeard grows like crazy, and i like being a good looking truck driver.

      I brought these the last time they had them for sale, they were legitimate blades, so +1 to the seller.

    OP seems fairly open and honest, so if anyone goes through with the purchase, post feedback to put the neighsayers at ease.

    Fakes are easily detectable if you look closely - poor finish on plastics, wavey blades, packaging is from O\S (usually German as many other countries import from Germany instead of having local packaging done). If you google it, there are websites which show the signs of fakes.

    I bought fakes (accidently) off eBay once, got a refund and the usual line of "this is the first time anyone has ever complained". The seller refused to give feedback until i did, stating that he would neg me if I neg'd him. Complained to eBay, but nothing came of it…
