Please help a first home buyer here, I am looking for a good bank that offer Home and Land Package loan at the moment.
Been crawling the forum here and saw many complain about HSBC, ANZ.
I have my eye on Westpac as their rate is pretty good, thinking of getting offset account as well. (I have enough funds that the offset interest will negate the annual fee for keeping the account.)
If not any other banks that is safe to get loan from with offset account and has decent customer service.

Not a good time to buy/build in Sydney, prices are starting to diveā¦prices of a million bucks for land on the outskirts of Sydney was never gonna be a good bet. Banks know this too so are being cautious (i have inside knowledge). And builder materials prices are temporarily spiking too. Just wait.
