  • Not a bad price. The 16G was going for $12 delivered so this isn't bad

But Teamcolor 32GB were $20, and had faster read/ write speeds but maybe not as reliable.

So no +ve here but no -ve either.

    • +1

It looks as though it is still $20 so I'll have to neg. I have the 8GB version and although it works, the transfer speeds are dismally slow, and the connector is plastic. Anyone would be much better off with the Team at least because of the metal connector, and I doubt that the write speeds are slower.

      • The write speeds are slower on the sandisk*

        • Yep, and the Team is $4.95 less! I'd take the Sandisk for $15 rep. ;)

        • I had to return my $20 Teamcolor 32GB, it was 99% bad sectors. Unusable. I'd go Sandisk for reliability and something else entirely if you need performance, maybe even USB 3.0

  • 32GB Sandisk should be faster than the 8GB version. See USBflashspeed.com but I still think I prefer the Team Color.

  • Portable Style? As opposed to non-portable style thumb drives?

  • "Generic Sandisk." LOL

Um, am I missing something? Note that on the website it only claims genuine, no mention of the word generic.
    Why is the wording different?

I'm not saying that it is genuine or fake, just stating the facts I've observed.
