Was it a problem from the start, or it tracked normally until the payment stage?
Only ever had an issue with shopback and petbarn. (Other shopback cashback generally no issues) I suspect as it was an uncapped cashback and I spent a few hundred, that they weren't keen on it. Was tracking fine and was only an issue once it passed the date and I questioned why it was still pending. Again, this is my personal experience….

Received cashback from Petbarn via Shopback 7 times in the past 4 years (and 6 times from Cashrewards in the past 2 years). My cat is on prescription food which never has a discount so always wait for a cashback from Cashrewards/Shopback.
EDIT: Litter was on sale this time so got litter this time around.

I’ve never had an issue with Shopback for Petbarn either. 3 orders in past 12 months all went through no issues.
Negging for previous history of Petbarn and Shopback not paying out on these. Shopback acknowledge transaction and petbarn failed to payout the comms and apparently ignored requests from shopback. They ended up putting blame on each other and i wound up with 0% back….
