After doing some research for you on appliances online I have dug up a few suggestions.
The Artusi 90cm looks good as it meets your criteria and other purchases have rated it well compared to the competition. The current problem though is that the current estimated delivery is 29th July 2022. It costs $2509 and with the use of the promo code DEFENCE100 it will drop down to $2409.
If you can't wait that long then the DeLonghi one looks not too bad. Some of the reviews talk about faults that are fixed by warranty, but other than that it also meets all your criteria. It costs $2254 and with the use of the promo code DEFENCE100 it will drop down to $2154.
The Artusi comes with a 2-year warranty but you can claim an additional 3 years warranty via redemption, to give you 5 years.
The DeLonghi only has 2 years.
All of them have free delivery and removal of your old appliances.
Other retailers had these ovens at higher prices, so Appliances Online would be the place to go.
