Found this deal thanks to typhoonadventure's megapost. This is by far the cheapest price yet for The Pathless. It's a fantastic game. There's quite a bit of stock around for C&C, check here.
It's a short game with a simple story, which I actually prefer. It's has amazing artwork and can even be relaxing, a true escape. It looks wonderful on an OLED.

I paid $35 and wasn’t disappointed. I like the last game this developer made (Abzu) so happy to support. I’d say worth $20. $12 would be a bargain.

EB sales always have new price cheaper than preowned. Look at No More Heroes 3, etc.
I almost bought this but will wait for it to come to ps+, especially now with the added modes.
tried this on Apple arcade… not sure how it performs on PS but for how it performs on ipad it barely worths 19
