Not for me, none of the Amazon ones I bought are sealed. Even if it is sealed, you can tell that it's not the original seal.
PS and XBOX on the other hand are always sealed.
Strange. I bought Luigi's mansion, Super Mario Bros Deluxe, Just Dance 2021, Mario Party Superstar and Ori the Collection, all from Amazon and all came sealed.
@Serenixia: Lucky you. My Xeno Def, Super Mario U Deluxe, Zelda, all of them not sealed. Ori is the only one sealed. Oh and the Xeno Torna UK version is sealed.
So why do we all think the nintendo games arrive unsealed? Is someone opening them and claiming the nintendo coins or something then returning it?
I could claim the coins on them without issues.

But take note that after a certain of period of time from release date you can't claim them anymore.
I believe its only for new titles.
So even if you get BOTW or Mario Odyssey new you can't claim those but you can for new games that have come out recently like Triangle strategy or Switch Sports
