Seems like a super quick sale and done know. Anyone seen other very cheap oodie style things like this? Kid is growing and adult size now, but is also a super active and clumsy kid, and rough on clothes - so a couple of cheap ones tend to be a better deal.

You should be careful shopping on Catch, they regularly refuse to do returns, even if the product they send is faulty or nothing like the pictures or description. You can lose a lot of money on that website.
I’m not sure if you’re aware… you can actually dispute your credit card payment, some card service does cover this kind of purchase. Amex from my experience I believe is the best for customer protection.
But so far I’m good with catch, and I’m not a fan too. But sometimes the deal is just too good to ignore.
Their service isn’t great, but I’ve never had this problem. Faulty or incorrect items have been very rare and have been refunded without any difficulty beyond slow and not having the best English skills.
Card company disputes for the problems you described should also be pretty straight forward.
