Copied from previous post:

Note that the starter packs are just credit, so they can be used towards any prepaid plan. Best Ozbargainer value is to get 15GB/6 months service for $30:

Go via CashRewards or ShopBack to get $5 credit
Buy $40 credit for $20
Add additional $25 credit to get the $65 6 month plan
Put in referral code (from a mate or the OzB randomiser) in the Woolworths Mobile app to get a $10 WISH GC (gift cards sent only after staying for at least 3 active months)
Total spend = $20 + $25 - $5 cashback - $10 WISH card = $30

Edit:

Cashback valid for physical AND eSIM through CR.
Cashback valid for eSIM only through SB.

Thanks Junk Sifter!

  • Add additional $25 credit to get the $65 6 month plan

    Detailed steps for this

Would be good for 5 months of 10% off groceries

    • Buy $40 sim kit, select the $65 prepaid long expiry plan when activating and pay the remaining $25

    • Actually it's 6 months. My plan expired in Apr but I get one more 10% off in May.

  • +4

    I'd like to add:

  • Cashback valid for physical SIM only through CR.
Cashback valid for eSIM only through SB.

So weird. I guess Woolworths mobile group couldnt work harder to collect data (who order physical or esim), that they removed competition between SB and CR for their sims

I have an existing 365 long expiry plan. Can I purchase multiple $40 Prepaid Starter Packs so renew my plan?

Also, my plan doesn't expire until Dec 22. How long do are the prepaid start packs valid for?

    • Great question, I'm also curious to know if we can use this method to get extra credit to top up/renew existing plan?
