  I bought this https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B07SM61FCT/ref=ppx_yo_d… model a few weeks ago, and I haven't looked back. It has heat and it puts me to sleep every single time. It nicely massages the temples and eyeball to take the stress away. I highly recommend the one I have, not sure of the one above. Sure, it has annoying announcements, music, and light machine noise that can't be turned off, but I got used to it in a few days.

    It seems to me that this model is better than the heat one.

    The heat one uses air compression also may not be good when having fever. This one uses point pressure.

    If you like it warmer, put this one in microwave for 20 seconds should do the trick
