Kogan International Calls - Philippines Not on The List

Kogan has only 3 international calling packs for 10, 15 and 20 countries, I want to call to the Philippines and it's not on the list, doesn't Kogan offer anything for some countries? I'm with Kogan prepaid so thought buying a pack would be straight forward.
