I've been meaning to buy the S22 Ultra for a while and all I need now is the Samsung $50 Voucher you get when you sign up for the newletter. But I swear I can't get it, I've signed up on so many emails and none of them have received the voucher. Does anyone else have this issue? By any chance does anyone who has happened to receive one of those vouchers mind letting me use it? Just honestly just don't know why they aren't sending out the emails. Maybe they've given too many out?

I had to email them to ask for the voucher after signing up. I think it took them a couple of days to respond.

Yes to the point I gave up bothering. I think every email account I have had access too was subscribed at some point and I never got a single voucher. :(
I emailed them and they sent me a key.. I was intending to buy an S22, but opted for a grey import A52S just so i could use 2 nano sims. It really P's me off they only release the single or single nano & esim phones here in Australia not at all convenient for the big carriers at the loss of customer options. Very happy with the A52S. glad I saved the money tbh.
Oh that's interesting, never though about buying a dual sim phone before. That's pretty neat why do you need two sims in a phone if I may ask?
Also, by any chance if you're not going to use that key could I use it?
I did receive mine in under 12 hours when I was thinking of buying a vacuum. What phone do you have now? I was chatting about the vacuum (didn't buy it from there) and the person said if u was thinking of getting a samsung phone, hop on live chat again and th give me a $250 off code. Probably just jump on chat, be nice and try your luck

If you have a Samsung phone now, it's like a loyalty thing. He said whenever I'm ready to upgrade my phone (I have samsungs) then I can get a $250 code. Sorry forgot to write that above
Did they say anything about needing to send in your phone? I asked them about it but they didn't tell me anything.
@Noice111: No it's not a trade in, he just asked if I was interested In upgrading my phone, I said a bit later not yet. And he said whenever I'm ready to upgrade to hop on and they can issue me a $200/$250 voucher (pretty sure it's 250 but I'm not 100% it was last month)

I have a galaxy s21 and watch 4 myself and I want to buy Galaxy Tab s8+, tried asking the chat if there is any code they can give me (didn't tell them I have samsung phone and watch tho) and all they told me was to sign up on newsletter and email promo department and yet that got no where……

I tried subscribing to the newsletter twice last week (using two different gmail email addresses) and both emails never arrived. I emailed them at [email protected] and got this:

I spoke with the manager today but the same as others 'wait'.
I think they don't issue this voucher anymore.
Tried Gmail, Outlook, Proton, no result.
It's a scam. I've tried at least 4 times with different emails and never received the $50 credit.
What did they say when you called them?
When I called them they said be patient and keep checking your email. No shit scamsung.
