I used https://redwoodadvisory.com.au/ good with investment loans and debt advice. they are really good.
I did some work as a mystery shopper for mortgage brokers a couple of years ago. The only one I would recommend is https://www.mortgagechoice.com.au/ because their brokers are paid the same amount no matter which lender you choose. The broker I visited also had a spreadsheet that calculated the LMI that each lender would charge which was important in getting the best deal because there was over $10k difference between the highest/lowest lenders. The product they suggested also had a much better rate/fees than the other brokers.
Used https://themortgageagency.com.au recently. Got a good variety of options presented.
