  McDonald's have probably sourced their lettuce years in advance. Plus they must package them centrally because the lettuce comes in a vacuum sealed bag. They don't mess around.

Great for people who like them but imho they are gross. Unlike KFC, the McChicken has formed chicken patty, NOT a fllet, and yet they charge about the same as a kfc burger.
