Help - What Are These White Flecks / Spots on My Car Hood?

Hello guys.

Would appreciate any advice on regarding what these white specks and flecks on the front hood of my car are?

How can I get rid of them?

    Yup, then a a good wax & polish.Claying a car should be done annually,unless it is ceramic coated, then no.Washing regularly with a PH neutral car shampoo is highly recommended.

  This is called "Industrial Fallout" (You can google it for more info).

  Make sure your vehicle is waxed regularly (refer to your vehicle's Owner's Manual), so there's a protective barrier.
  Avoid parking your vehicle under electrical wires, near railway lines, near industrial areas whenever you can, if you do, make sure your vehicle is protected against elements(park inside a garage, or use a car cover/tarp).

  Seek professional panel repairer's advice (not OZBargainers) on the severity and remedy.
