  • I've enjoyed using my for about 3 years, but now both the earcups are falling off (and I never was able to update to PS5 with the transmitter). Anyone replaced the earcups on these before?

Replacing the ear cups is quick and easy, albeit a little bit fiddly. Should only take you 5 or 10 minutes.

    • I have an Arctis 7, I think they use the same ear pads.
Bought these to replace them recently.
It’s not as thick as the original but its nit uncomfortable imo. Much cheap than ordering replacements from Steelseries (the postage from the US kills it)

    • I bought these
Been loving them for over a year now, way more comfortable than the original cups.

    • My 10 year old laptop didn't recognise the update software, however I bought mine recently and it was already preloaded with a PS5 data.

I don't have a big head either, and they are pretty snug! I find after wearing them for a while my head gets really hot, but this happened with my last headset as well.

    Great audio quality?

Or great audio quality for headphones designed for the pc/console market?

At $320 I don't know if I'd be buying the latter

    • I have the same dilemma. I just moved from TB Stealth 600 Gen 2 to the 700 Gen 2 and feel the audio is a downgrade. Very soft volume on PS5 compared to the 600 Gen 2. Now thinking I should look at other brands. Rather spend a little more for something a bit more reliable that also sounds good.

Waiting for jasswolf to come and neg this deal

    • why ?

Nah, just you for your outstanding attitude

  • The new Arctis Nova Pro wireless are available for pre-order for $506.22 here with code PLUSFY22 (or a little more without plus).

Safe to say not worth the extra?

    • I'm not sure if they're worth $200 more though.

    • shows $561.90 for me

I bought them before I saw this thread. So they were the rrp at $650 ($500), but checking now they are jacked up to $720(560)

      “Ain’t no”?

These are great until they break, Steelseries has the worst RMA process ever, in order to get a replacement the item has to be in-stock on their online store. Have been waiting for my headset to be in stock for about 7 months now.

    • A few years ago they upgraded my H Wireless to this Pro Wireless set for free, but I suppose they don't do that anymore. Maybe send them an email and say you're frustrated at the wait and you'd like to have an upgraded set? 👀
