Are they able to provide tax invoice? Think of getting one for work purposes, but most of Ebay seller does not provide tax invoices is a deal breaker

This 1 overheats and shuts down for a while after 10 mins of cont usage, mine died after a few months. Ok for Bicycle tyres i guess
