I can only speak from personal experience (I'm in VIC), the last time I received my order the roasted date was only a couple of days prior so very fresh.
Roast date is usually very good.
Shipping however can be pretty average
I second that- my last order took 9 days to arrive which seems excessive for a local roaster
Shipping is incredibly average which seems to be a common occurrence with Ingelwood… although AusPost are probably as much to blame too.
My last order was dispatched on the 26th May and still hasn't arrived despite being located in Victoria as well.

Shipping sounds terrible. I only had experience ordering from Industry Beans so far. Shipping is free and express (3 business days) for metro Melbourne. Can anyone comment on the quality of Inglewood beans?
I am based in South-East Melbourne and they use Xpress to you couriers and I usually receive my order within 3 days.
The beans are top notch - especially at the sale price, Sunset Blvd blend has got to be high up on the list of blends to try if you like milk based drinks.
I personally havent had an issue with late delivery (regional Vic)
Usually have to let the beans sit in the bag for 4 or 5 days after I get them as part of the degassing anyway.
I buy their coffee regularly with no issues with shipping. Usually within 3 days has been my experience.
Looks like the only 'accessories' on sale is their merch.
nah theyve got accessories on sale (minor discounts with the ones I was interested in) but you need to actually click onto the product page to view the actual discounted pricing. it's weird.

Their service is not like before. 2 days since my order but no shipping information email… Only received order confirmation after order.
Nice beans but as above shipping can be slow. My last order took 2 weeks to get to me (Sydney). From what I gathered the orders were all shipped after the promo ended. Aus post wasn't the issue because the beans were despatched after 12 days and it took 2 days to get to me.
They're really good beans but just don't be in a rush to get them
