HI !

I m with Belong at present paying 65 dollars for 50 mbps

I just saw this company QUOTE, if you re a CommBank customer, you can get 30 percent discount for 12 months,
so for 77 dollars i can get 100/40 Speed Boost NBN 92 Mbps Typical Evening Speeds

Anyone using this company already ? any feedback ?

NBN is not always the best deal, especially when you are in 5G capable area.

  • Have been using for the last 4 months, no issues.

Paid for the 50/20, after 2 months they sent me a message advising that as I am unlikely to hit those speeds and I could downgrade to the 25/10 plan. I am getting 28/8 at the moment but I have left it as is, in the hope of one day getting the 34/16 theoretical maximum Telco's quote me one day.

I churned from MyRepublic, and the difference in consistent speed is night and day. As happy as I can be on 28/8 anyways……

    • good to know. thanks

I'm getting better speeds than my previous provider, Superloop….

  • So I'm a bit confused, my account is saying "Current Balance: -$83.30" but my billing history shows nothing, do they apply the first months payment upfront at the end of the first month?

    • same happen to me as i paid my account in advance for cba rewards offer and yes they do charge a month upfront

  • I've been with them for a few months after taking up a Commbank offer. Completely happy so far.

  • anyone know if you have taken up their fttn upgrade to fttp offer can you downgrade plan to slower speed or not? two reps telling me different things before sign up 1st said yes you are not locked in so can change . now rep says becuase of upgrade i cant downgrade from 100mbps plan for 12 months. since its no lock in contract what if i churn out to another isp with cheaper slower plan ie 50mbps would that be allowed and would i get charged a $200 nbn downgrade fee?
