Still got stock left over from Christmas and now selling them as "Christmas in July"?

    • Not at all, mate - this is a completely new product to coincide with Christmas in July and Dry July!

We’ve never sold a non-alcoholic advent calendar until launching this product a couple of weeks ago 🍻

$110 for no alcohol? I need alcohol to deal with my family over the holidays.

Genuine question. Why is alcohol free beer so expensive? I was under the impression alcohol was so expensive due to the tax put on it.

I understand that brewing alcohol free beer is more complicated than a standard soft drink. But shouldn’t this be in line with the cost of things such as the Bundaberg drinks range?

If I’m completely misinformed please explain it because I’m genuinely interested. If these alcohol free beers were more competitively priced it might be something I’d be interested in.

      Suckers gonna pay

Dont quote me on this but i believe the brew process is the same then they just extract the alcohol. so you are still using expensive ingredients/process/equipment to produce the product.

Ive tried some alcohol free stuff. Its ok but not worth the price for the top end stuff. I'd rather drink less.

I think OP made a typo meant to read $11 and not $110…

  • Maybe if it was $11

  • I'd need something stronger if I bought a $110 carton of softdrink

    It's soft drink, not beer.

Very expensive for what it is.

  • Expensive pack of flavoured fizzy water

Wowser, so much negativity 😂 Look mates, the best thing about this is that if it ain’t your cup of tea, you don’t have to buy it! 🍻

For those that do appreciate good craft beer (ie not your Hahn, Carlton, Great Northern, etc) and are abstaining from alcohol, for whatever reason, this is a fun way to enjoy some incredible non-alcoholic crafties from some amazing craft breweries. We’ve included about 12 of Untappd’s top 20 non-alcoholic beers, many of which have also picked up multiple industry awards. These are not your mass-market breweries… We support craft breweries that are often small businesses themselves and have been hugely impacted by COVID and the brunt of numerous lockdowns.

Of course, we’d be stoked to offer our products cheaper but we don’t set the price of the beer and many of the breweries we’ve included in this box are well-known craft breweries extending their offering to include a much-needed non-alcoholic option in their range. This means they use the same brewing setup and the beer is brewed in largely the same way, just that specialty ingredients are used to either halt or alter the fermentation process or the alcohol is removed afterwards. A craft in itself.

And, look, when you purchase a product from a small Australian business like ours, there’s a hell of a lot more that goes into these boxes than just the beers.

For example, we offer FREE shipping regardless of where you live which is an absolute minimum cost of $25 to us to ship 10kg worth of beer but it allows our customers to try brews they’d have a hard time finding elsewhere; it’s the custom packaging to provide the fun advent calendar experience; it’s the time it takes us to pack each individual box by hand and then all the other boring stuff like maintaining a liquor license, storage, marketing, research, and so on.

We totally respect everybody’s opinion and choice to buy or not to buy, either way - the choice is all yours!

    Have a cracker of a day ✌🏼
