  • Looking forward to it.

  • Just a heads up, Microsoft does a number of events with many of the "fundamentals" ones giving you free access to the certificate a few days after attending (has fundamentals in the event name, saves about $100USD). Worth knowing if you either miss out on the one above or are more interested in some of the others in their service catalogue.

  • How to move all your security and outright owned services onto our subscription paid, cloudy, single point of failure, take over the world, plan… for free.

    Seems legit.

  • We are using AWS at the moment, is there much difference between AWS and Azure? It seems to me Azure has very similar offerings, just under different names (with the exception of MSSQL DB, of course). A lot of the devs I deal with seems to use the Azure platform though, my FOMO is kicking in.

    • +1

It's just a vendor choice. Both basically offer the same things. I wouldn't have FOMO. If you understand conceptually what you're doing in say S3 it translates perfectly to doing the equivalent in Azure Data Lake Gen 2 etc.
