Around the house 14' is fine, for cutting firewood a 20"+ is better. I use a Stihl Arborist Chainsaws for the garden.
Swap the bar out i think it can run an 18" bar
will cost to swap bar out that might turn a bargain into a non bargain …38cc also seems to be used on the 16” or 18” but at least option….what is the quality like on these entry level chain saws …. repairable or just lots of plastic and throw away like an ozito ?
seems $269 is catalogue price ….so they are doing an extra $20 … sydney tools have at rrp $369 and to get price match they always whinge that they are only making $2 …..
I have both 14 inch and 18 inch bars I bought the 18inch bar once I dulled the chain
I personally prefer the 14 easier to store away
The ones with a 16" bar seem to use the same 38.2cc engine.
The constitution can be easily be fixed with a chainsaw, a few mighty revs and the constitution shall be in pieces.

Luckily Nobody died, because they brought hand saws thank god this deal wasn’t up yet

I have one of these as a backup saw or for smaller jobs.
I put a 16"bar and chain on and it works a treat.
hmm 14” …. bar might be a bit short for some users e.g vs 16” …..better than no name brand if you are into petrol chainsaws ….
