Just wondering why my order says I qualify for free domestic shipping but then I’m charged $11.95 postage. Is it possible to not get express?

Hi thanks for your questions, because we have had allott of parcels going missing with aus post we have changed to only express, I am not sure why shopify would automate free shipping and will be in contact with them, to sort out this issue. I can offer you normal shipping for $2.00 less but their would not be buyer protection with this option. All our products are sourced from diffrent companies and you would need to contact them directly for their chain of manufacture, I am assured by all companies that I sell for that the products are ethically made, some companies are Australian and I have one company who are Canadian feel free to email me at [email protected] if you need snymore assistance :)
It is all ethically made overseas it would have to be double the price if made in Australia :) most but not all are made in India
