Suggestion on a Triple Bunk Bed

Hi All,

I'm in the market for a sturdy triple bunk bed. Looking for a single bed over a double bed. Must be sturdy. The plan is to let guest couples sleep there and their kid on the bunk. Otherwise in general it will be used by my wife and our toddler. I have the following two in mind.

Delivery 2 weeks. Not made in Australia.

https://www.snooze.com.au/products/charlie-combo-bunk-frame?…
Delivery 10 weeks. Made in Australia.

Please share your experience if you have used any of the above. Or if you have any suggestions for a better one around the same price point?

TIA!

        Ouch! My shipping was 60.

    • My wife purchased the Cornelia above. It arrived and I put it together this weekend just past.
      Initial Impressions/thoughts:
The components are all solid pine except for the ply panels at the ends on the bottom
      Feels sturdy
The parts are well labelled and easy to identify
Pretty easy to put together, only needed help at one point to lift the single section onto the double section. Easy with the wife and I.
Might have an issue building it in a small room. You need to assemble the double section then the single section separate then sit the single on top of the double.
The outer drawers are a little stiff. They open fine.
Even being pretty easy to assemble, it still took about 3h (wasnt rushing though)
I havent tried the ladder myself, but I think it would hold me (81kg).

      Overall recommended.

You're right to look for a really sturdy one though. Because with a triple bunk there is nothing more certain than that some kid is going to want to jump from the top bunk to use the bottom bed as a trampoline …
