NSW Stay Vouchers Pooling

Hi, just wanted to ask if anybody knows if you can redeem your friend's and family's stay vouchers in a booking even if they are not part of the guests. Thank you.

Depends on the venue but not really. They might let you use two at most.

We recently stayed somewhere and I had 3 vouchers (not all mine) and they were fine with it

Did you have three people though? That's what the OP is asking e.g. can the number of vouchers used be more than the guests i.e. three vouchers for two guests

      • Oh right, we had 4 guests. But the 1 of the vouchers was from someone else not present. Best thing to do would be to call the hotel and ask them

    Using multiple vouchers
If the business allows bill-splitting, you can combine your voucher with another person's Stay NSW Voucher towards the same bill.

Doesn't seem to be any limit imposed by SNSW, and not linked to any individual so they can be used pretty freely.

  • vouchers are treated like cash, as above you can use anyone's vouchers and can combine if business supports bill splitting, all on the business.

Which means anyone can use your voucher if they have the number as no id is required, keep them secure.
