Called Mwave 4 times and they never answered their phones once, it just rings out.

Sad face.

I'm not crazy, screws should be included right?

They very much don't line up as well.

    When I had an issue with a faulty monitor stand last year bought from Mwave, I initiated a refund/warranty claim online through their customer portal. Was very easy and resolved quickly - maybe try contacting them through this method?

    Did you actually try reading the manual? The stand clips into the monitor.

        You only need 1 screw (which is inside the base) to attach the base of the monitor stand to the other half of the stand and then you clip it into the monitor, you don't need screws to mount it

          I've clipped it in but it definitely seems like it would be much safer/sturdier with screws

            @1v1MeTetris: Lol. Forget what I said about the online portal - you're looking at the VESA mounting holes. Go read that manual and stop stressing
