The RRP for this headset is $349 and it usually sells for around $249. Cheaper than the wired model. I have a feeling that Centre Com has gotten this model confused with the wired model (ATH-G1) when doing their post-EOFYS pricing. Hence the "Don't Pay $229"

  That dongle looks like it will really stick out for laptop users.

    The dongle on these is massive. Its not really one I would recommend for a laptop due to how much it sticks out.

  I have one, has bad issues with cutting out for half a second every now and then, would not recommend.

  Received mine on Friday, opened it up but haven't had a chance to connect them or listen to them. On initial feel, they feel nice and well built. Reviews for them made me keep them, irrespective of the cutting out issue.
