Do You Have Problems in Redeeming Kogan Gift Cards?

Is anyone else have problems in redeeming Kogan gift cards?

Lunch time, I tried to redeem a Kogan gift card I purchased last year. I got the message redemption successful, but I could not see it in my account. I could not find their contact phone number, only can send an email. I got a very standard answer and told me I should get an email and where to look for gift card credit, but I have not get an email nor could I see the credit.

I really want to buy something today, so I redeemed another gift card I had tonight and I was told redemption successful, but I still cannot see it. Both gift cards are purchased from True reward, can I contact them?

There is no customer service at Kogan at all, that's why their share has dropped from $15 to $3.

Anyone has any idea on how to contact them? Is anyone else had this experience? What should I do? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Update: I got a message from Kogan that my gift card has expired on 05/06/2022, but on my gift card expires date is 04/05/2024

  You had a similar problem last year with Kogan and you were looking for a contact number (that brendanm gave you).

  Lesson not learnt? You're still buying from them?

    thanks for your reply but its different, last year, the credit was there but they did not use it, used my credit card. This time I tried to redeem a gift card, I cannot see value of the gift card. Where else I go shopping?

      In the gutter would be better than using Kogan. I echo bobbified above, stop buying from them!

      Well Stop using Gift Card @ Kogan for payment, Use CC always

      At least that way you got CC protection if Kogan does nothing about your order

  It'll be there somewhere.

  Their website isn't the best, when you go to checkout there should be a button their to use your voucher and it will say how much is on it.

    I used their gift card before so I know where to looking for, but I cannot find it under "my credit".

      The 'MyCredit' is for credits saved from using their Credit Card I'm pretty sure

    Not all products on Kogan are garbage, some are actually pretty good like the kogan branded smart power boards, plugs, bulbs etc. they get the basic job done easily and are very cheap too, just dont expect them to be performing like a product of 100x the price of what you payed for kogan branded one.

  Every Kogan deal posted should have all these threads included but then again people are still stupid enough for free kogan giftcards when signing up to a CC
