Wonder why it’s not at Chadstone
Because it's only at Certified Lego stores and the Chadstone is part of the Lego Discovery Centre.
Doncaster already sold out after trying every date
I went to the previous make and take at Doncaster, as I managed to get what was probably the last booking slot.
I turned up and absolutely no one else in my time slot attended.
So annoyed at this… Just taking up slots just because it's free and then don't bother.
The system should have cancellation options
It’s super annoying because I live 5 mins from there and would 100% go! Did they let people join if there were spots but they didn’t have a ticket?
Strangely, it was just my kid only and while there were lots of kids in-store. The staff member didn't make any announcements or encourage other to come and join. He only laid out the one bag for my kid. Guess that he CBF to supervise lol
Same with the Apple workshop which was posted about a week or two ago.
Signed up for my kid and he was the only one until they managed to "volunteer" 3 kids from a customer who is buying a new phone.No wonder why some restaurants asks for credit card details when they take the bookings in case they need to charge for no shows…
I now have a spare ticket for 1pm tomorrow at Doncaster as 1 of my kids can't make it.

I nabbed a session for my obsessed kid, big tip is to subscribe to the AG Lego Eventbrite, got an email at 9AM, they posted publicly around midday, and now my local is all full up
Note: This workshop is for children.

Use the app to check dates it tells you all time slots and availability without needing to go to each time slot individually. The website is awful.

I see they've kept the worst booking system on the planet… unless someone else has worked out how to see which sessions actually have availability without clicking through each time slot individually…
I gave up after trying 6 different slots on Sunday at Castle Towers
